Interview was a three step process, 1) Initial phone conversation with technical recruiter, 2) an hour interview with 2 gentlemen a part of QA, 3) 90 minute interview with 3 different pairs of people, all 30 minutes each. The 30 minute interviews consisted of a series of critical thinking problems, qa testing, and sql programming.
