The interview process is split into multiple parts that span a few weeks. The first is a short phone interview focusing on general questions and the candidate's background. The second interview will be with the data team lead and possibly one or two other data team members. The questions range from behavioral to logic/mathematical questions and also serves to observe general team fit. If any technical skills are reported on the resume these may be tested in this interview as well. Knowledge of SQL, for example. There may be a third interview similar to the second interview but with department heads or founders.
