I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) (Noida) in Jun 2021
Interview
1. Recruiter sends you online hackerrank test.
2. This is followed up by F2f (currently virtual) interviews. In this round , interviewer shared a hackerrank link and was interactive coding round. Question level was average and interviewer was polite.
3. What I hated about the interview process was the recruiter behavior. He acted like he is doing a charity / favor to candidates by scheduling interviews.
He also did not pick up calls post interview to share feedback.
Then few days later he randomly called me at 9:30 PM in night for scheduling second round. He did not honor my availability and forced interview time on me. His arrogant reply to my request of giving choice of schedule was "I am handling 20 candidates , I can't honor everyone's flexibility."
He claimed to be company's second employee in India. And if he has lack of courtesy toward potential employees, that clearly reflects in company's culture.
This is the reason I blocked his number post first round and forfeited the process.
There are plenty of great companies out there. My recommendation is to skip this one.
