I was contacted to set up an interview at a specified time and held my end of this agreement, but then learned that this interview "never made it" to the person conducting the interview. A fault on the company and they rescheduled. When this interview finally took place, I was informed right off the bat that the position is likely already filled. This was very off-putting, considering they failed to keep my original interview slot, just to reschedule and tell me it isn't even available. There was another possible job opening that they requested to interview for. At the end, I was told that I would be informed whether the original job is filled EOD. This never happened. After two weeks, I reach out and do not hear back. I reach back out a second time, nothing. Eventually, I asked someone else and I was finally given the courtesy that the original job was filled, and this potential job would not be available until end of year. Reach out then. HUGE waste of my time as a prospective employee and it seems the plan was to just ghost me instead of having a conversation. It was a disrespectful way to interview someone and showed no respect towards the time I took to interview here.
