My experience...two individuals sit with you face-to-face and ask you about your knowledge of the company and their services. They ask you simple finance questions and your reasoning for applying - pretty standard stuff. If you pass this test, after the first two leave, two more individuals come in. They ask harder questions and try to break you down a bit. More discussions about the detail of the position but they really try to figure out if you want the job. You have to be confident and direct.
