I interviewed with Cleo over the span of nearly a month and a half and should have not looked past the red flags. 1. No one showed up to my second round interview as HR scheduled the wrong interviewers. No one bothered to fix it in time. 2. A week after the second round interview I followed up as I was supposed to have heard back the previous week. I was then told their system was broken and they couldn't schedule meetings. Seems like they were hoping they wouldn't have to explain that their internal systems are so flimsy. 3. Once the third interview was finally scheduled they didn't send me an invite to the meeting. This time the interviewers joined and waited on me but I was the one who didn't show. I was called shortly after the interview was supposed to take place and was told they tried to send me a meeting but their system again didn't work and didn't send it out. I was then scheduled for the following week to do the panel. 4. The panel interview was scheduled for 1 hour but they had to extend the time as 1 hour in they didn't leave enough time to ask their coding question. 5. After the panel I was told I would hear back that week. A week and a half later I get a call that the director of engineering wants to go to lunch. I asked if this was another interview as this seemed irregular but was told this was simply a meet and greet. I showed up to lunch and learned immediately that this was indeed just another technical interview over sandwiches. Ended up being asked the exact same questions I was asked over the past month. Felt weird to still be answering behavioral questions in a surprise 4th round a month and a half in. 6. Took about a week to a week and a half each round to get back to me. HR consistently ghosts follow ups. All in all was a very strange process and seemed like there were a lot of communication issues for a company with "Communication" in the name.
