Cleo Communications Software Engineer interview questions

Extremely short on-site discussion with a couple other software engineers. I felt that they spent more time promoting their new IT products than talking about the actual job responsibilities. Technical assessment is not interactive at all and is an 'all or nothing' timed single question which involves writing code on paper. Some interviewers were a little condescending and rude. They don't want to admit but they prioritize being a 'cultural fit' over any amount skill and talent. Didn't get the offer, but I'm glad because I received one from a more successful company.
