was sent an online code assessment. was basically a leetcode medium and easy. asked me to implement a stack and to reverse a string. only a few languages were allowed. c, c++, c#, and java. might have been one or two more. will be doing another round of interviews soon and that will be a discussion without live coding

There was several parts to this interview process, from the email to final interview. Email to first phone call: I was emailed to ask for my availability for a phone screen, but I had email the recruiter again after the recruiter hadn't replied for a couple of days - post my response- and the weekend doesn't count. First phone call : Normal questions about my experience and the technologies they're asking. What I found off-putting is that they said I needed to complete aa Hackerrank test within 3 weeks, or if I needed an extension more than 3 weeks. It would seem the company wasn't so urgent about hiring. Hackerrank test: I found the questions on Glassdoor interviews. Manager of Engineering: Late to call me, but just went over my experience and affirmed me to move forward. FInal Interview( 3 Developers + 1 VP of Engineering): Questions primarily about Java, stuff on my resume( projects and experience and whatnot). After the final interview: HR keeps delaying the time for a final decision, from 3 days to the beginning of next week to next interview with their other candidate, all whilst saying I am not too strong of an candidate. It has been 3 weeks since the final interview. HR says the team is looking for other suitable candidates.

You’re required to do a HackerRank. Even getting everything perfect and 100%, you will most likely not get a call back, feedback or anything. Don’t wait up for this company to respond unless you know someone that works there.
