      Career Consultant Interview

      Jul 30, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Climber.com

      Interview

Step one: phone call, sort of a phone interview. They tell you the interview will be done in a two step phase - meet the recruiter, meet the COO, Nick. Step two: Interview is approximately an hour with each, during that time they really don't grill you, they just kind of want to get to know you. After hiring, you see a bit more. They do offer the job to just about anyone who applies that they pull in for an interview. Problem is, most people don't last very long, which is why the turnover is so high. If you go to the interview, also make sure you know what position exactly you are interviewing for. Many people get pulled in for one position, only to be presented with another. This is true for many different positions within the company.
