Applied on line. Initial phone interview with the recruiter and was then invited in for a face to face. Initially took an assignment when arriving at the office, basically an IQ test so they can make sure you are intelligent enough for the role. From there the interview process went more in depth in terms of my experience, career goals as well as them providing more details about the company. Not a high pressure interview, however very thought provoking. Really want to see why you believe you are a good fit and what kind of motivation you have for sales. After speaking with the recruiter, I then took a 2nd assessment that was more of a personality assessment. After completing this I met with the sales manger who ask several questions and then goes over more details about sales expectations and growth opportunities within the company. Whole process took roughly an hour and a half.
