The interview process was slow, long, and drawn out. Taking over 3 months where I was strung along by their in house recruiter who would call every two weeks to schedule a meeting or call and at times even mentioning terms like possible offer later. Whatever kept the interest going. The lack of experienced senior management really shows through with their inability to make relevant decisions in a timely manner.
