I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CliniComp (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2007
Interview
I first interviewed with the Hiring Manager. He asked past experience, why I think I'd be a good fit for their company and if I will be willing to be on-call. The interview lasted for 20 to 30 minutes. Then I interviewed with a panel, 3 Systems Analysts who each took turn interviewing me. No particular questions, at time I felt like I was interviewing them. It was an easy interview.

How would you handle an difficult and upset charge nurse asking you to fix her system early in the morning like 3 am?
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CliniComp (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Applied and was called about 3 days later. After the phone screening process, I was contacted for an on-site interview around that same time frame. Highly respectable company, quiet & laid back. Great company culture.
It would have been an amazing opportunity to work with this company however I was rejected after the on-site interview.
