      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Clinicient (Portland, OR)

      Interview

I applied to this position online and was contacted to schedule an initial phone screen with a recruiter. This was very informative but also had several structured interview questions. I was then contacted to schedule a phone interview with a manager, and then a couple days later was asked to complete an online assessment. The assessment was a mix of personality based questions and logic/math questions (nothing too scary--mostly analogies and a tiny bit of algebra). I waited a week to hear back from the company, but was contacted to confirm a date/time for an 2.5 hr in-person interview. The onsite interview was the most professional process I have experienced throughout my job search. I was greeted by a recruiter, who gave me a printed schedule of the time I would spend in the office, then led to me a conference room where I met with the manager who had previously interviewed me on the phone. He asked me a few questions based on the personality assessment I took online and talked very openly and honestly about the position for which I was applying. I was given an office tour, attended a stand up meeting, met with a lead HR manager, and met with two employees for job shadows. This was an excellent chance to ask more questions and get a feel for how my working time would be spent. Waiting to hear back, but either way this was an extremely positive experience and I was very impressed with their professionalism.

      Question 1

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with an upset customer (especially if there was nothing you could do to help them) Tell me about a time when you had to complete a task you were unfamiliar with or not trained to do?
