Clinicient interview questions

The process took less than 2 weeks. It included an initial phone call with recruiter, a phone screen with hiring manager, an onsite interview with 4 different sessions and a final on-site with the hiring manager. Overall, the process was very smooth and well organized. The instruction in the emails from recruiter were very clear and helpful.

The interview process was simple. I applied online and was quickly contacted for a brief phone screen. The Senior Recruiter that contacted me was professional and quick to respond. The phone conversation left a lot to be desired. After indicating that the role's responsibilities focused mainly on inside sales, I knew that I was overqualified for the role. I'm mainly writing this interview review to provide some suggestions on how the recruiters for Clinicient should interact with prospective candidates. The national unemployment rate is 4.1 percent through October. That means that for the most part, the typical college educated interviewee is likely exploring their options. Asking outdated and archaic, "Tell me about a time when...." questions are not going to sell me on your company. Especially after you indicated that your company is undergoing severe restructuring. Get creative. What is Clinicient doing in the marketplace that should peak my interest? How is the culture within the organization. Telling me that you have a beer cart and a ping pong table isn't going to sell me on the culture. I live in Chicago. Chicago is the start-up capital of the country. A beer fridge isn't going to impress me. The recruiter didn't elaborate on anything beyond what the website already told you about the company. Our phone call was 30 minutes, but at least 20 minutes of the conversation I felt like I was speaking to a robot on the other line. If this is the typical interview practice, I can only imagine how working at Clinicient would be.
