Interview
phone then in person. Lots of drama in all of the departments. Also working in a department store is no fun. Very corporate with a long long chain of command. Not my cup of tea.
The interview was a calm process, it was interactive and there was a good flow between the interviewer and myself . They asked me questions and showed genuine interest in my answers as well as being really open to any questions I had for them.

An online interview followed up by an in person interview. The interviewer was very friendly and the interview was relaxed but informative. The actual interview took around an hour but that is because we ended up chatting about other things as well as the questions.
