I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Clinique (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2015
Interview
I applied online, and got an automated email the next day to set up an interview time. My first interview was pretty laid back and went very well. My second interview was over the phone with talent plus. The person conducting the interview basically asks a question, you answer, they wait a couple seconds, and then go on to the next question. It was very nerve wracking and uncomfortable for me, because you get no feedback and leave feeling very unsure of how you did. It's supposedly just a "personality assessment" figure out your strengths, but many of the questions revolved around customer service and sales. Some of the questions were kind of personal also and took me by surprise. After that, I had a third in-person interview which was very casual. I got a call later that day offering me the position, and I accepted. The whole process barely took a week.
