Was told I was moving forward to an interview and asked to fill out a prompt with short, concise and straight to the point answers. Prompt had nothing to do with the job description - job description wanted someone from a non traditional background to be in People/Strategy but questions on the prompt asked HR employee relation questions. I was given a rejection notice right after saying my prompt did not contain the depth they were looking for. Should have seen the red flags with the JD/prompt mismatch and the large salary range. The company doesn't know what they are looking for.
