You have to complete an online application and you will be sent a case study. The case study takes around 5 days to complete. You should receive feedback 3 days after you have uploaded your case study, however this was not the case for me. I had to chase someone to get a response as it took 7 days to hear back from the company and still I have yet to receive feedback. It honestly seems as if you are doing free labour for the company, as they have issues that need to be solved but they will not pay you and ultimately ghost you.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I'm sorry your experience fell short of what we aim for. If you're open to it, please email Brian.Wittrup@clipboardhealth.com and reference this review so I can personally make sure your case study gets a proper response. We're using this to tighten our process, and I appreciate you holding us to it.

I am not even going to entertain a case study before meeting with a human. So these reviews were super helpful so I can prioritize better suited companies.... NO THANK YOU!

So here's the issue: they warn you about these reviews and the interview process. I was ok with trying a case study. They even send you information about their feedback philosophy. But when it comes down to it: a lot of a work, and no feedback on the rejection at all. They say one potential reason for rejection is poor fit for the job - well they knew that before they send the case study. They say they get too many submissions - sure that excuse works if they weren't the ones the invited you to complete a case study. They seem to be insulated and fall short of their own feedback philosophy - that's the real red flag.
