I had two interviews with two different people. The Hiring Manager was consistently late on her very clear and promised follow-up dates. I felt that they were trying to oversell how positive their culture is but their communication skills and professionalism seem to be lacking. I don't think I would've received a final response had I not stayed on top of follow-up emails on my end.
