They start with the questionnaire in an application asking about 10KPIs that are gonna identify product health. Then they emailed me after 20 something days for an initial interview, which went very well. We talked for 45 minutes. The interviewer seemed to be very happy and saw a good fit. Then they sent a Project for assessment. I never heard back from them once I sent the assessment, mind you which was very time-consuming. I think they just gonna take your work for free in name of assessment and have no decency to reply in return. Beware.
