The interview experience was DISAPPOINTING and DISRESPECTFUL. In the first round, I interviewed with the lead product design, Ryan Collier. He appeared friendly, and we seemed to have a good conversation. However, he assigned me a design homework that took me 8-10 hours to complete. After submitting it, I waited for a week for his response. I sent a follow-up email, and he replied, stating that the interview would move forward, and he would schedule it for the following week. Unfortunately, he then GHOSTED me, even after I sent three follow-up emails in two weeks, receiving no response. This experience was very DISHEARTENING. I spent 10 hours to complete the design homework, only to be ignored. It's very unprofessional and disrespectful, both from an interviewer and a personal standpoint. I strongly advise against any interaction with this company. If they hire individuals who behave in such a manner, it reflects poorly on the company's trustworthiness and overall quality.
