1) Interview with a recruiter 2) Interview with the hiring manager (no case) 3) Take home assignment (2-4 hours) 4) Rejection without feedback I did not think the interview with the hiring manager went terrific so I was surprised when I was asked to complete a take home assignment. I completed the assignment and then was rejected a day later via email without any feedback. I'm fairly confident that I crushed the case. Hard to shake the impression that they assign take home assignments to all candidates regardless of interest level...
