I was sent three questions before I was invited to interview which I responded to. They then sent me an invitation to interview with the Director of Trust and Safety (someone who had nothing to do with the role, according to them)
The initial interview was satisfactory, and I was told there would be an assignment at the next stage. This person told me to spend a few hours on the project, fine.
Less than an hour later, I receive the assignment. It was two pages long with multiple aspects and parts to consider. They asked me to do a 48-hour turnaround time which was ridiculous considering I have a full-time job and it was not a small project.
I sent in the project and heard back the following week with a generic no email. I found this process incredibly disrespectful of my time as a candidate—the candidate interview experience I have had.
