Two weeks after applying, I received an email asking me to answer a couple of questions, then radio silence for another two weeks, at which point I was asked if I would like to meet with a recruiter or just do a case study (It specifically said just doing the case study was recommended) Did the assignment, which in retrospect just felt like they were crowdsourcing how to problem solve. It was implied that I should get it done basically immediately, so I did. Apparently it wasn't good enough because I then received a rejection with no feedback. The entire process felt completely cold and borderline scammy. The person I was in contact with about this role does not show up on their staff page on their site. This whole thing was a waste of time.
