This Strategy & Operations position keeps getting reposted. Applicants are tasked to perform analysis. Then they reject the applicant. All without ever speaking to them.
It really seems like they're crowd-sourcing solutions. Regardless of whether or not that's the case, it's unethical. They're in a position of power and they're abusing that by getting job-seekers to perform this free analysis. It's unethical if they're using the solutions and it's unethical if they're just having hundreds of people perform real work for free as part of the hiring process. I suspect it's the former but neither are okay.
That should tell you everything you need to know about how this staffing agency views people and their time. Just numbers churning out numbers. No respect for any human person's time or the fact that proper work deserves proper pay.
