Their process is a bit of a joke. They require you to submit responses to essay questions first. If you pass that stage, they send you a case study to work on i.e. they ask for hours of your time and attention before you ever even speak to a person. I have been in management for many years and this was the worst experience I have ever had with a company from an interviewee perspective. Also, they send you a lovely message when they are through with you that is condescending and presumptive. They don’t spend a single moment with you personally before giving “feedback” that is hypercritical and takes none of your true capabilities into consideration. Run far from this one. Don’t waste your time.
