Interview
Scam! This company is abusing those individuals looking for new roles. They are not seriously looking to hire but rather trying to steal ideas by forcing those interested in a role to complete a lengthy case study. This is completely unethical and I am currently exploring how to report this organization for its behavior to put an end to it.

The process starts with a takehome assignment as the first step. This has no deadline. Then there is behavioral interview followed by another take-home assignment, followed by a second behavioral interview. This is as far as I got, but I assume there is a final interview and then an offer.

Interview
First stage was a phone screen with HR. Was then given a case study which took 10+ hours to complete. At one point I received an email from HR stating they had “shortlisted” me for the role and to submit the case study ASAP, which I did. Hiring manager interview was scheduled a few days later. Hiring manager seemed disinterested. I received an automated rejection email a few days later. I emailed the hiring manager and HR asking for feedback, they ghosted me.
