Don't expect a personal touch during this interview process. You will be given a case study that may take many hours of your time - certainly more than the "we recommend you spend no more than 3 hours" that they suggest -- if you want to do a good job on it. Then got my first chance to speak to a person for an interview and next day receive the most impersonal rejection email possible - two sentences. The company might be growing and short of staff but putting more thought than 2 sentences into a reject email (3 sentences if you count the "good luck on your job search") after investing much work leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Oh and when you send in your first application don't expect a call or anything. You just get a brief email congratulations here's a case study. Then after submitting the case study you get an email thanks it will take 3-4 days to grade it. Neither the interview nor the case study received any feedback. They really try to put as little people time into recruiting process as is possible. Perhaps a red flag for how they treat employees, nurses, etc.?
