I applied. The very first email I received was a request to conduct an exercise, even before talking to a rep at the company. I asked if it was possible to first have a conversation with a recruiter or the hiring manager and I never received a response.

How much more or less do you pay drivers per trip given driver rides/month and salary and riders CAC and request rate? Your goal is to maximize net revenue for the next 12 months on this route.
The interview process began with an initial assessment, which had no time limit. I wrote about 2 pages. After submitting the assessment, I moved on to the next stage: a live interview focused on discussing my approach to the assessment. During this conversation, I walked through my solution, explained my reasoning, and answered follow-up questions related to testing and validating the approach.
