Interview
They reached out to me because he was interested in my profile. Immediately they sent me many articles to read and a case study i needed to complete. A case study that takes a lot of time and thought to then produce a full summary document. While I did that and sent it back to him, he replied within 24hours with a generic rejection, no feedback or personalization. It was incredibly rude and selfish expecting the candidate to show their commitment without giving any of their own in return. While I replied asking for feedback and he obviously ghosted me... I am amplifying the voices of other reviews: This was extremely unprofessional. Do not waste your time & effort to go through this process.

The interview process began with an initial assessment, which had no time limit. I wrote about 2 pages. After submitting the assessment, I moved on to the next stage: a live interview focused on discussing my approach to the assessment. During this conversation, I walked through my solution, explained my reasoning, and answered follow-up questions related to testing and validating the approach.
