Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about the case study. Given a list of interview questions before the interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Clipboard in Jan 2024
Interview
Completed the case study, took me a couple of hours. First interview with Jefferson going over the case study and background. Second Interview with Robinson, further review of case study. After the third interview it became painfully obvious of the tatic. Use the market for free consulting work, take what they like and make them feel like they had a terrible interview and reject with COO. I joined the interview and the COO stated he had not read case study and needed 10 minutes... keep in mind its a 20 min scheduled interview. He proceeded to put his head down and cover his face while reading the case study. We then spent the next 30 minutes debating why I used a certain calculation and stated "Here at clipboard we call people out on their BS"... for an industry standard calculation. Save yourself the time. I read these reviews and thought perhaps the others did not have a great a case study, but after reviewing they either auto reject or like parts of the case study and schedule the interview to pick your brain.
