the case interview is very confusing and the data are hard to interpret. Dont take time to do the case. I think they simply let candidate do the free work for them.

Applied online, received a take-home assigment to complete. No interview with any company personnel. Received no feedback after submission. Did not make it through. The assignment is quite large and requires substantial time commitment. The lack of feedback for the effort was not a good look for the company.

You are presented an initial case (before speaking to anyone), then first round interview. If you pass, you get another case then final round interview before an offer can be made.

The first round interview is not so much explaining the case you did, but about new situations that may arise in the case, much like a consulting case interview.
One take-home case study after online application. No deadline for the case but "we always value speed at Clipboard Health and look forward to hearing from you soon." A Zoom call discussing the case only and nothing about my background. Got rejected after the Zoom call.

The interviewer kept challenging my assumptions but they were really just based on the given conditions. I doubt if he read the case prompt before meeting with me.
