We’ve found that case studies are the best way to ensure that people who join Clipboard succeed in their role and at the company. We’ve also gotten feedback that they're a great way for candidates to get a feel for what they’ll tackle once on the team. That’s why from time to time we use in our case studies problems we’ve already solved, rather than made-up hypotheticals. And of course if we hadn’t solved a problem already ourselves, we wouldn’t be able to grade case study submissions. We do not use case study submissions for any purpose other than evaluating candidates in our recruiting process. Thank you again for your feedback.
