1. Got an email saying I was short-listed and had to submit a case. No option to get on a call with anyone from the company to understand if the opportunity was right for me. 2. I decided to submit the case which took 3+ hrs to complete. 3. After 2 weeks (even though they said 3 days), I got a generic email letting me know they couldn't provide specific feedback and that they wouldn't move forward with my candidacy. While I completely understand if I wasn't a good fit, the process left a very sour taste since it felt like they were asking for a massive time investment on the candidate's side before even providing an opportunity for me to vet the opportunity (understand scope, compensation, etc).
