Like others have said and like we're starting to see from some prior employees, I, and many others, have never seen an interview process like this. Without even wanting to get to know candidates or see if they a good fit for the company or if the company is a good fit for them, every candidate is being asked to complete multi-hour-long case studies JUST to land a first interview. DO NOT DO THIS. THIS IS NOT NORMAL. It is not your job to work for hours for free just to possibly be able to talk to someone at a company. It would be one thing if the initial interview was written with a focus on the company wanting to get to know you and your skills but no, the focus is on getting free work from case studies done by people who are looking for jobs. No matter how you cut it, this is not the first stage of any decent hiring process. People & Culture are supposed to be focused on the people, no receiving case studies. There seem to be some common themes and as others have said, the employee reviews that are 5 stars seem really weird and a lot of them say they're from Nurses... This would mean that they're USERS of the platform--NOT employees.

Interview
One of the most unprofessional interview experiences I’ve had. I went through 6 rounds of interviews, including interviews at odd hours, disorganized communication, and unprofessional text messages instructing me to say certain things to specific interviewers but not others. I felt judged throughout the process, including inappropriate comments about where I lived.
To make matters worse, I received LinkedIn messages welcoming me to the team before I was ultimately rejected. The company also contacted multiple former colleagues and sales managers without my knowledge or consent, leaving several of them confused about why they were being contacted.
After investing so much time, I expected a respectful and organized hiring process. I would think twice before joining this company.

Question 1
Why do you live there? Why did you say this to her I told you not to say that
The interview was fast and furious. Then they ask to complete numerous case studies. Seems fishy and like a scam. I did not proceed as I did not have the time to complete all the coursework, even to see if I would be hired.

Tell us more about yourself. Why are you interested in the company? Etc. Swift interview.

Interview
Very long, misleading, capturing free work through long case studies as the initial part, and overall horrible interview process. Starts with a case study, then an intro convo, then another case study, then couple more calls with the managers. This is an exploiting recruiting process, as they are misleading candidates to complete the case study, which is overall free work that they are capturing towards achieving their own business goals.
And as a response, the reason is we want to give more people an opportunity to do the case study, that's even worse! This should be reported and Clipboard should not follow such unethical practices!
