Generic application Sent an automated email with an uber case study (their business models are similar). The requirements were too onerous to complete before even having an interview to understand fit and the role. I spoke to a manager who couldn't articulate the actual role title or pay grade. Seemed like a scam-way of attracting new ideas for free. I decided not to submit the case and continue.
