I spent 25+ hours on case studies, presentations, and several rounds of interviews only to be auto rejected after the last round with the President/COO. I came in with 10 years of healthcare management experience and was met with ridicule and fake amusement by an unnecessarily argumentative interviewer. At one point he asked me what my favorite interview question was and then mocked it ( why did you ask then ?). When I gave examples of growth at my previous position he smirked saying “I must have been a good employee” while obviously not believing what I was saying. He’s married to the CEO and honestly reeks of needing to prove himself to his high powered wife. Picture a job interview with Trump and there you have it. I have a strong inclination they are repurposing ideas and data from these intensive interviews.
