I applied for the position and received an email the next day to complete a case study. I read through the case study and found below it that I wouldn't get to speak to a team member until the case study is reviewed. Now, I've seen Clipboard Health's response to other reviews and despite the wordplay and excuses, it is flat-out disrespectful to job seekers and a waste of their time to have a human interaction with somebody at the company gate-kept by completion of a case study. This says to me that you have an expectation that your candidates invest more time in your company -- who won't even speak to them -- than you're willing to invest in them. In my opinion, this speaks volumes about what the culture may be at this company and is unethical at it's core. Needless to say, I did not conduct the case study and opted with withdraw my application.
And the kicker to the whole thing is that, in the event I did complete it and spoke to someone, I'd have to conduct another before getting to speak with anyone else. Absolute disregard for prospective employees and a detractor for brilliant minds.

Interview
If your resume makes it through, you are sent a case study and given 5 business days to complete. Then you do a case study interview with in-depth questions about hypothetical scenarios to assess your critical thinking. After that, you have 3 more interviews with other department heads.

The interview process began with an initial assessment, which had no time limit. I wrote about 2 pages. After submitting the assessment, I moved on to the next stage: a live interview focused on discussing my approach to the assessment. During this conversation, I walked through my solution, explained my reasoning, and answered follow-up questions related to testing and validating the approach.
