Interview
They have a unique process where you start with a case study for initial screening. They don't screen off your resume. (It's essentially a complex math question)
If you pass, you get an interview where they ask about how you solved the case study.
If you pass that, you get another case study to basically do discovery on a problem and come up with a solution by interviewing certain groups of people (From a list they provide). You then form a proposal on that problem and solution as sort of a mock proposal for seed stage funding. (Think applying to YC).
I spent hours and hours interviewing 15 plus people and formulating this problem and proposal... only to get rejected. It's a ton of work with very low chances of succeeding. So keep that in mind.
