There is no job to offer you, they are conducting research and using vulnerable job seekers to do it free.
After applying, I received this email:
"There are a few steps in the interview process, which we've outlined below to give you an idea of what things will look like going forward:
Take home test (2 parts)
Hiring Manager Interview
Account Plan Exercise & Discussion
Offer!
For the first step in the process, we ask you to complete two parts of the assignment.
Writing Assignment: Solving problems is a core responsibility of Account Managers, so for the first step in the interview process, we want to hear about a problem you recently solved. You can choose any problem you’d like: personal, work-related, etc. All you need to do is go to the link at the bottom of this email and tell us about it in a paragraph or two. We’ll be looking for four key things: what the problem was, how you identified it, how you solved it, and what the end outcome was. Please make sure to provide details of your thought process. Keep in mind that neither the problem nor the solution need to be complex.
Video/Audio Recording: At Clipboard Health, we often have a limited time to interact with our customers and make a great impression. Therefore, we would like you to submit a video or audio recording that is 60 seconds or less, explaining why you would be a great fit for our team."
After sending the voice recording and written assessment, I was invited to meet with the recruiter who spoke for 30 mins.
About 2 weeks later, I received a written assessment to create an account plan. This took hours to do.
It took another 10 days to receive the invitation for the next & what was supposed to be the final stage. There was a role play and situational based questions, it took 1 hour of my time.
During this call, I asked when the start date for the position is & was told "whenever you want" which is a huge red flag. The interviewer then said the NEXT STAGE is with his manager (that was not part of the plan as per the first emailI received) & that I would be contacted by EOD Thursday. I got an automated email on Friday saying "After careful consideration, we have decided not to move forward with your application."
I noticed during the last interview that he looked uncomfortable and could not maintain eye contact with the camera when I asked questions about the status of the team.
I did read the reviews on glassdoor before engaging in the interview process, and wanted to confirm it is true this company is not hiring - just wasting candidates time for some bizarre research.
