I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clipboard (Cape Town) in Jan 2024
Interview
It is quite a lengthy interview process however it is completely understandable. I applied for the Customer Support Agent position. They sent me a case study to to complete which I enjoyed as it showed off some of my skills. I was contacted shortly after for my first interview. Just 3 days after my first interview, I was contacted again for a second interview. The interview was handled professionally.
This company is the worst company I have ever encountered, and I work in HR and Recruiting. Essentially, they mine free work from applicants by sending them "case studies" after someone submits their application and then promptly rejects them. I should have looked at their Glassdoor account before I applied, because if I did I would have realized their scam.
Whatever you do, do not apply for a job there - I promise you it is a scam!

The Exercise
The key responsibility of a Facility Support Agent is to speak with facility customers on the phone to resolve their issues. Typically agents follow SOPs that outline the steps they should take, depending on the precise nature of the customer’s issue.
Below are two links:

Note that there are four tabs, each with different data!
At one point in the interview, the interviewer will simulate calling in as a facility user with a problem related to the above SOP. You will have to handle the call in line with the SOP, based on the exact situation the caller describes.
