Had an interview with one of the attorneys. Asked numerous questions and examples. Told me if they felt like moving forward they would send a case study. I received the follow up email for the case study and then was completely ghosted after I sent it back. No rejection email or feedback. Extremely inconsiderate

Provide an example of a process you created in your role
I was contacted for a phone interview. The interview consisted of basic questions about my background and I was told I would be contacted in the near future. Never heard back.
The interview went well. The interviewer informed me that she would move me forward and that she liked me. I completed an assessment and then I received a rejection email. I don’t think that this was because of my performance. I interviewed twice with this company and both times I got the impression that I was a good fit and then they rejected me. Spent a good amount of time on their assessments.
