Straightforward application process, followed by a long silence.
Then you receive an automated email that invites you to do a ridiculous long writing assessment, which would then have been followed by interviews with hiring managers
Any organization that sends such an assessment out to candidates before even talking to them fails at recruitment.
An additional insult to the candidate is also the text in the email that they will not provide proper feedback on the assessment as they don't want to spend the time.
Absolute ridiculous approach to hiring and candidate experience.
Warning! Do not complete the case study! I am so disappointed I didn't read these Glassdoor reviews before devoting a significant amount of time to an intense take-home assignment. The assignment was 3 parts and when completed was 6 pages of work. I now realize all candidates are asked to complete this and every communication I've received has been automated (although templated to seem very genuine, which is even more insulting). After submitting, I got another automated message as a rejection: "We know the document (not to mention getting to know us) took a bunch of time. I just wanted you to know that we don't take the time you've spent with us lightly. We've spent sufficient time on our end as well, reading, debating, and regrouping." They clearly did not spend any time reading or discussing given their time zone and the quick turnaround after I completed the work. So unethical.
I've learned a lesson to never complete work for a company unless someone has actually spoken to me. The irony is that in my recruiting take home assignment, they asked me to do a data analysis of a candidate funnel. The answer was that the case study was the problem in the process, and my suggestion was a more personalized approach. Guess they don't want the advice they are looking for...

Complete extensive case study in 3 parts, including data analysis, process strategy, mental math etc.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Clipboard
Interview
Three days after applying I received a recruiter email asking me to complete a case study before a phone interview with the Recruitment Lead. I completed it in 2-3 hours and returned it the same day, understanding the turnaround timeline to be three days.
Two weeks later I received a rejection email.
This is a terrible, impersonal, extractive interview process.
