Before interviewing they asked for a small project I decided to submit because via chatgpt it took me just a few minutes. Low and behold, I booked an interview....however, they asked for a portfolio/ pictures, which is not totally uncommon, but they asked for another project which given I just did one to book the first interview sent up an official red flag. Low and behold I dove into the reviews it was not until around 200 that I saw REAL REVIEWS. I did not proceed to bother submitting my portfolio or project. I believe they are trying to steal ideas and keep a warm resume pile.

Interview
The first call was a 15 minute call where I was asked very minimal questions and then told I would be a great fit. Should have been an obvious red flag. The next step was two write a case study (2 interactive event ideas). Very soon after I received a rejection letter and then the position was reposted. Should have checked reviews first as this seems to be a common practice for them to get ideas without actually hiring anyone.
