Beware of applying to roles at Clipboard Health. They sent me an extensive take-home test without any screening, requesting hours of work (with detailed project plans and workflow requests that were far too in-depth for a screening process) without disclosing compensation. Despite multiple requests, I received no response on salary and was later sent a generic rejection. I talked with some colleagues who went through their process and looked through reviews here and elsewhere, it is, unfortunately, a pattern with all their roles. A very poorly designed process that exploits potential candidates by scraping their ideas without compensation & zero transparency. I have already reported Clipboard Health on multiple job boards.
