You have to download the app and submit all the documents it asks for. There was no interview.Once everything is accepted you just book the shifts you want. It's a good opportunity for experienced cna's and there's lots of facilities to choose from.

Tell me about a successful product launch you worked on.
During the interview process, the interviewer was smooth. I was able to express my interest and accomplishments by answering all of his/her questions. Additionally, the interviewer was not intimidating. The duration of the interview did not take long but it was definitely enough.
