I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Clipboard (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2024
Interview
It was honestly super lengthy and dragged out for a while. They ended up ghosting me after a month of interviews and it was extremely disheartening. However, eventually they responded with a rejection letter that was generic and would not follow up with any messages I sent regarding any feedback from the recruitment process. I was at the final round too.
Very tedious interview that didn’t allow for learning about the company or for them to really learn about me. Was set up more like an MBA level project than an interview. I understood the value in the project but did not feel it was a good indicator of ability to succeed with company.
