The first round was to send a recorded video talking about what you are a good fit for the company and something that you learnt in the last 1 year. I recorded the video and sent it but to this date, no body has viewed the video or sent any revert. They assign tasks to everyone who applies without filtering the resume and then end up not reverting after you submit. I decided not to apply for any further roles with Cilpboard thereafter.
