      Interview

I applied for the role of Global Team Leader, fully aware of the negative reviews suggesting that the company uses the recruitment process to gather strategies and ideas without genuine intent to hire. Despite these concerns, I decided to proceed with the assessment. I delivered a detailed market analysis, identified top and low performers, and presented a structured plan with quantifiable solutions, along with additional analyses as requested. However, much like the experiences shared in other reviews, I received a templated rejection email stating I would not be moving forward to the next stage. This was both surprising and disappointing, given that I provided exactly what was requested in the assessment. I would advise other candidates considering applying to this company to think carefully before doing so. Based on my experience, it appears they may be engaging in practices that feel unprofessional and unethical. This is disappointing and reflects poorly on a company that presents itself as professional.

      Interview

I read these reviews before the process, and was disappointed to have a similar experience. Before my interview I completed the lengthy case study of creating a grading rubric, auditing 12 chats and calls, and drafting a performance plan. I purposely went all out and it took me more hours than I want to admit. During the interview I was told it was one of the better ones. However, in the 30 min meeting, we only discussed the performance plan and it felt like I was being set up to fail. If this was my job, I’d know exactly where leadership and HR stood on how we did PIPs. I stated more than once I’m making assumptions for the purpose of this case study. Also no one viewed my google sheet they suggested you create. It was a massive doc with great detail in formulas. No one at this company took the time to actually discuss my background and how I’d be a good fit.

      Interview

I was asked to undertake a huge case study before interviewing someone. It was a task that would have taken a lot of time to complete, and after reading the review here, I realized it will just be reviewed by a bot. Asking a candidate to do a case study so early on in the process is a major red flag and then reading that your work won't even be opened by a human is even worse. This is not an acceptable form of recruitment.
