I applied online. I interviewed at Clipboard in Jan 2025
Interview
I've applied twice to CBH and both times received a response within a day or two from a recruiter informing me of their hiring process. It begin with a case study that will require several hours/days to complete followed by three rounds of interviews. Each time I have meticulously completed the case study and both teams I received a rejection with no explanation the following day. I am qualified for the jobs that I applied to and I am confident that my case studies met the expectations outlined in their recruitment documents, so this of course is bewildering to me. But after reading the review from others here it's become apparent to me that CBH has shady recruitment practices and I would advise applicants to not was their time.

Other Customer Support Supervisor Interview Reviews for Clipboard
I received an email asking for me to complete a case study within 5 days. The next step would be an interview. I completed a very detailed project that included a scorecard rubric, a mock improvement plan, mock scoring for 12 chats and emails, and mock feedback. I took a lot of time to put effort into this. A few days later I received an email saying that I wasn't selected to interview. Don't waste your time on this company. They seem to just be stealing people's work.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Clipboard in Dec 2024
Interview
Well, unfortunately just like many others have reported, I too took the Clipboard Health bait. I spent a week working on a case study providing feedback for calls and chats of four support agents. I was asked to create a grading rubric, an evaluation form as well as a performance improvement plan for one of the agents. After I submitted the case study, within 2 hours I received an email advising me that I was moving on to the next stage of the interview process. I met a member of the hiring team and they only asked me questions about the performance plan which I thought was strange because everything else I did was the most time consuming. Be that as it may, I thought it was a decent interview. I had interviewed on a Wednesday and he said he was out of office Thursday so would get back with my by Friday but didn't. I received a generic rejection email on Monday. I sent an email requesting feedback, twice, but didn't get a response back. I wish I had seen the reviews because I wouldn't have wasted my time. There are a good amount of conversations around this same issue on Reddit as well. I truly hope Clipboard Health gets exposed for this. If someone has had a positive experience, please share because this doesn't look for them at all... And if there are attorneys out there looking for a class action lawsuit, this smells like a good one.
